A transformative gap semester abroad in 2022 (see article here) compelled me to empower others through the power of the pen. I wanted to leave no one behind. My role as the Managing Editor of The Huron Emery opened my doors to various topics and leadership opportunities to explore. These experiences have enabled me to use my gifts in writing to support communities near and far.
